18th Century Asian panels carved from elm create a column and architectural interest on one of the smaller walls near the entry.  In this particular project, the designer made use of additional mohair left from a headboard to produce a bench, and he also worked with local artisans for not only these items, but pieces on the wall as well.  Works from locals Adam Hall, Casey Pierce, and Charlotte Terrell graced the walls and provided bursts of color in the otherwise neutral setting.
